Business Solutions Analyst/Solutions Engineer

Job description:
The Solutions Engineer serves as the Vendor Management System (VMS)/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functional expert for implementations from the end of the sales cycle through to program launch by designing, developing and validating the end-to-end solution design utilizing a VMS/ATS technology. Oversees all related VMS/ATS activities, including requirements gathering, data and solution analysis, solution design, sign-off and documentation, system configuration/conversion, change management, testing, solution validation and training. Leads all other VMS/ATS functional groups in a project matrix reporting structure during implementations.

Wymagania

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years implementation experience as a functional lead in service and/or technology industries, including process re-engineering, solution design/development & technology integration
- Process design experience in large, complex, multi-country MSP or RPO implementations within EMEA including VMS / ATS technology (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, Taleo, Peoplefluent, Success Factors)
- Solid understanding of project process knowledge with regards planning & managing resource, risk, scope, integrations etc.
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Fluent in at least 1 of the following languages; French, Italian, Spanish
- Excellent communications skills both written & oral, one-to-one & in group presentation situations
- Expert working knowledge of MS Applications – MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Vendor Management System (VMS)/Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Articulates the most effective and efficient solution recommendation incorporating best practices and leading industry trends to meet client-specific objectives.
- Contributes to Implementation and Sales Teams regarding VMS/ATS implementation and conversion timelines, policies, procedures and operational model design.
- Designs, validates and deploys the VMS/ATS application and associated project components.
- Serves as primary lead for the VMS/ATS solution and ensures all milestones are met within the specified contractual relationships and agreed timeframes.
- Works closely with the Project Manager
- Provides affected Corporate Teams with accurate and timely information regarding back-office set-up and invoicing requirements.
- Manages/leads the discovery and design activity of VMS/ATS related business requirements in the areas of VMS/ATS application workflow, hierarchy design, business process, functionality utilisation, interface requirements and invoice & reporting output.
- Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with customer user groups and internal teams.
- Defines and documents the detailed process flow, business, architecture, integration requirements and decision points for the VMS/ATS solution.
- Develops VMS/ATS Industry Best Practice knowledge and tools.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Consulting industry background
- PMP / Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent
