Opis stanowiska

Coordinates, plans and direct ongoing activities of the departments.
Evaluates and approves designs, methodologies, training and quality control programs then present to management for approval.
Prepares regular status updates of current issues and concerns of the division.
Support the site operations with respect to engineering concerns.
Monitors compliance of the project sites with respect to the approved methodologies.
Prepares regular reports to the VP for Operations.
Assign tasks to the heads an evaluate their performance.
Performs some administrative tasks such as approving leaves, proposals, expenditures, enforcing policies and hiring and firing of technical personnel.
Perform such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and top management.

Wymagania

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical).
Has a Master"s Degree in related field of study.
Has specialized in Engineering and Management.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of past working experience in pertinent engineering field.
Be a good leader with extensive engineering experience and a demonstrated track record of managing people and projects.
Be able to communicate with the management team and with the internal and external customers.
Must have excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
Should be able to work under extreme pressure and with strict deadlines.
Should have exceptional analytical and computational skills to do the job.
Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Should have exceptional interpersonal skills.
