Opis stanowiska

- being the liaison and communication between manufacturing, R&D and any new product sales, design process, and ensuring new product prototyping
- communicating and making arrangements with other people from the production plant to integrate the trials and a proper following up.
- regularly report to R&D project leaders the status of their pieces and projects.
- direct cooperation with the Laboratory Manager in Belgium
- follow, and solve technical issues faced during prototype manufacturing.
- consulting and checking new designs are in line with technical specifications.
- overseeing the transition from prototypes to series production along with production lines.
- provide official answers and develop an action plan for quality complaints or other complaints.
- support at every stage: planning, checking, and testing.
- contact the design team for any inquiries about tooling and be able to find solutions to new projects.
- search for a compromise between optimized cost, schedule, and transferability.

Wymagania

- Higher technical education (pref. Materials Science, Mechanics)
- Fluent in English and Polish (read, spoken, written)
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role in implementing new products
- Material sciences knowledge or ceramics knowledge
- Production processes knowledge
- Very good knowledge of technical drawings
- Comfortable with practical problem solving
- Project management capabilities
Familiar with MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) – Intermediate
- AutoCAD and SolidWorks - Basic
